A big thanks to all who attended a really well supported pub night. This month we expanded our range of drinks to include the summer favourite... Pimms! Hot Dogs with all the trimmings were served later in the evening as appetites returned. As usual we had people from all corners of the viilage enjoying the atmosphere created in our version of a licensed local pub, including some traditional games of darts, bagatelle and cards. In the absence of a walkable public house this was an enthusiastic and affordable alternative. Plus we generated over £500!
Keep an eye out for the next one, there will be a different guest ale and we look forward to ringing the bell of last orders again this summer no doubt.
