Marksbury Village Fayre 2018

What a wonderful Village Fayre we had. The sun shone, we had great musical entertainment, lovely grub and excellent home-spun games and stalls. Due to the kindness of local businesses and a sterling effort by the committee to attract great prizes, we also had a very successful raffle. The first prize dinner for two at the Michelin starred Pony & Trap being won by the Sanfelippos. There were lots of lovely contributions to the cake-stall in the Vintage Tea Room which also served up cream teas and strawberries.

We managed to raise over £3,225 to put towards vital village hall repairs and improvements. Fantastic! Many thanks to all in the community that contributed in some way - either by running a stall, providing a raffle prize or by attending and consuming!
